Will my dog have to wear an Id Tag on a walk?

Your dog is legally required to wear an ID tag attached to his collar or harness when in public, and also must be up to date with their booster and also must be microchipped. Your dog’s Identity tag must include name and contact details.

In the event of an ID tag is missing, I do have a Time On Our Hounds ID tag I can attach for emergencies.

What will happen in the event of extreme weather conditions?

Due to extreme weather conditions.. e.g heatwave, severe storms.. I offer three options..

  1.  1 hour Pet Sit = Garden Visit, Play & Company (Straight exchange)
  2.  30 Minutes of above (£5 Credit or Refund)
  3.  Cancellation (Full Credit Or Refund)

I can sometimes offer an early 8am walk - This is on a first come, first served basis.

How is Payment Made?

An account number and sort code will be on the invoice and payment is to be made by bank transfers.

An invoice will be sent on Fridays before appointment is due to commence via Whats App or Email.

Failure to make payment 24 hours before  will automatically be cancelled. (I will send a final / second reminder 48hrs before if not recieved as I appreciate we can all be busy at times but 24 hours after this final reminder you will receive an automated message / email to say the appointment has been cancelled).

.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If services by clients are cancelled less than 24 hours, refunds will not be issued.

In the unfortunate events Time On Our Hounds could not provide services,  payment will be adjusted on the next invoice or refunded.

What happens if you fall ill during Cat Pop Ins?

Siggy  is my trusted emergency contact and in the unfortunate event I was to fall Ill or even die whilst you were on holiday and your pets were in my care she would have access to my diary and would contact you to continue looking after your pets or contact someone for you to make alternative arrangements.

During daily dog walks, Siggy will get in contact with you.

It’s a question I have been asked a few times and I would like to reassure you, I have your pets best interest at heart.

How will my pet travel?

I will pick your dog up by car and I will ask you at the time of a meet and greet whether they will be comfortable in the boot or I have safety harnesses if they prefer the back seat.

How do Cat Pop Ins work?

I offer 30 minute cat pop ins, once or twice daily.

7 Days a week

Am Between 6am - 9am

Pm Between 15pm - 18pm

If you require a specific time then you need to book early to avoid dissapointment.

A visit includes, pet fuss, play, feed, removing waste and if you need me to pull curtains or put out the bins I am happy to do this also.

Do I need to provide anything for my dog walk?

The only thing you will need to provide for a dog walk will be harness / collar and a lead with an ID Tag.

I provide poop bags, towels and treats.

If you have a special type of treat, coats, dressing gowns, halti or toys. Then fill free to leave these out also.

What if my dog gets muddy when they're out?

In a case where a dog gets muddy I do own a mud daddy which i would rinse them down with and then towel dry.

I do try to avoid really muddy places but sometimes its not always possible in the winter.

If you own dressing gowns then I am happy to put them on.

Is a meet and greet free?

Yes Absolutely.

I do meet and greets approximately a week before Pop Ins / Solo Dog walks.

A meet and greet must also be done as well as a paid trial walk for Ad-Hoc walks for you to be kept on the books.
